Thank you for selecting me as your therapist and counselor. This document is designed to inform you about my background and to provide you with information regarding our professional counseling relationship. I received a Master of Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College in 2019. I began providing counseling as a trainee in 2016 through practicums and internships, and throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings from schools-based counseling, in-patient hospitalization units, out-patient treatment facilities, and community mental health agencies. I have been in private practice since 2022, and received my supervisory designation in 2024. Throughout my personal and professional life, I’ve utilized art as a way to aid in processing challenging experiences, encouraging thoughtful dialogue, and promoting strength through change.
My office hours are from approximately 5am to 12pm, and I am not available outside of those hours. I try to respond to emails within 48 business hours, but if it has been longer than this and I have not responded, I encourage you to reach out again! Technology is unfortunately unpredictable and unreliable sometimes.
