Information about Counseling Services Offered:
- Counseling is confidential by law, but there are limitations such as:
- Plan, means, and intent to harm oneself, or another.
- Neglect or abuse of a child, disabled adult, elder, or animal.
- I will break confidentiality to keep you and others alive if these situations are reported.
- This does not mean confidentiality will be broken if you need to talk about self harm or suicidal thoughts.
- I will take steps to maintain confidentiality outside of sessions (in public settings and online), including not approaching you in public, or accepting social media friend requests.
- I have set office hours listed above and will be unavailable outside of these hours. I typically return calls at the beginning and end of my day. I am not an emergency contact. If you’re struggling to keep yourself or others safe, please contact one of these resources:
- 988 for immediate emergencies
- Mobile Crisis: 216-623-6888
- Suicide Hotline: 800-273-8255

- Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment is considered a “no-show.” More than 3 no-shows in 6 months without exceptional situations will result in discharge from services.
- I only take self-pay clients, however, I can create a superbill for you to submit to insurance for “out of network” coverage, and offer sliding scale rates through Open Path Collective.
- I will not engage in court proceedings unless subpoenaed by the court/judge (NOT on your behalf or if subpoenaed by your lawyer). I can provide reports at my hourly rate.
- If this sounds agreeable to your needs, feel free to email me with your availability for the next 2 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you!
